Leanne Marshall FW 2018 Review

By Amber Monaé

Former Project Runway winner, Leanne Marshall held her FW 2018 collection on a bright and airy Valentine’s Day at Spring Studios. Just like the day the collection displayed light and flowy pieces with daring slits and necklines. Lets just say this collection was a must see. So how has VFiles managed to become one of the hottest shows to attend during New York Fashion Week in only 2 years? Celebrity endorsements and just avant garde pieces that captivate the runway. Together, the two groups and A-Trak debuted the wearable-tech collection Camo Out, made by Mtn Dew and VFILES. Next came the five winning designers whose collections were nothing short of jaw-dropping. Playboi Carti closed the show with a live performance of “WHAT” to the finale. VFILES Runway 7 basically has to be seen to be believed. See the looks I thought were the most jaw dropping.  (more…)
