Gucci down to the socks…where??? Louis Vuitton and Coach who? It was nice to see a Spring/Summer 2018 collection from Dolce & Gabbana that was so fresh, so fun and literally just made you want everything in the store. It was like a “who knew” moment walking through the two levels of the Fifth Ave store in New York City. Of course the champagne was flowing, but the poker themed night left us all thinking this Spring its all about D&G.
On a rainy Sunday afternoon, I ran off to the Standard in the exclusive Meat Packing District (MPD) to take in the RTW 2018 collection of Romeo Hunte. The designer is known for his outerwear pieces and this collection gave me all of that and more. From the plaids, furs, vinyl and scuba gear (sounds like a lot) Hunte executed the collection perfectly. Take a look.

Are you a Lou & Grey girl? She is a free spirit who floats in and out of every situation with ease. I think I am and its my new favorite spot to shop at in NYC. I was very very impressed with the Fall/Winter collection at the new Lou & Grey store which happened to take over the old location on Fifth Ave and 19th where Club Monaco used to be. In great company under the Ann Taylor umbrella, this is where the daughter of a woman who shops at Ann Taylor would come to update her closet. From nailpolish, to jewelry pieces and perfume, it’s pretty much a one stop shop. Visit www.louandgrey and see what I am so hype about. The above picture is exactly my style and as I walked through the crowd and took a look at more of the pieces I fell in love. I think you will too. (more…)
