Monday night I attended the Slowear store opening with L’Uomo Vogue. It’s the end of fashion week so how else to end it than with a cocktail party. The store celebrating its first in New York, of course it would be in no other location then that of SoHo.
Slowear, group which includes the 4 specialist labels, Incotex, Zanone, Montedoro, and Glanshirt, in partnership with L’Uomo Vogue magazine of men’s style directed by Franca Sozzani garnered a lot of attention as the event was heavily attended by models, bloggers, executives and socialites.
I will say the store is set up perfectly for a man. There is a small but impeccably picked selection, a record player, and area for lounging while listening to music. Perfectly simplistic yet effortlessly cool…
I thought what better time to wear my Express crop red pantsuit but add a touch of femininity, definitely a bold color/look in a sea of blues and black
I had to take a shameless selfie with Met Gala showstopper, supermodel Karolina Kurková
One of my favorites looks of the night and on trend was with Luiza… she wore a belted vest dress and added rabbit fur keychains to her clutch for a touch of flair
I can say this event made me feel like I was back on my European vacation that occurred a few weeks ago. I always toy with what language should I study French or Italian but after the event I have decide upon Italian.
