The Best and Worst of the CFDA Awards 2015

CFDA AWARDSBinx CFDA

Like Rachel Zoe said, the supermodels shut it down on the at the CFDA Awards. Fashionista.com says next to the MET Ball this is one of the biggest fashion events of the year so of course the red carpet is super important. There was no complete see through dresses from our favorite Rih Rih but Kim Kardashian set the tone for my favorites of the night. See here.

Janelle Monae in Tadashi Shoji

cfda 21

Jemima Kirke in Rosie Assoulin. I just love how different this is.

cfda 14

There is a lot going on BUT Hannah Davis looks great in this Milly ensemble.

cfda 13

I love Kelly because she knows what works for her body type and always walks the red carpet with confidence. Her go to in Christian Siriano.

cfda 1

Gigi Hadid in Michael Kors

cfda 20

Katherine McPhee in Amanda Wakeley and Paule Ka. I have been loving her style at the most recent awards.

Kim CFDA

Kim does what Rihanna does for me. I love their style and when they wear something that I am not sure of I just nod my head because I respect where their head is at fashion wise.

cfda 11

Taraji P. Henson in Vera Wang. I love the hair and makeup and I don’t hate the dress but it was ill fitted

Not My Favs:

cfda 4

Amanda Seyfried in Rodarte

cfda 8

January Jones in J. Mendel jumpsuit

cfda 18

I don’t know if its because this electric blue is so bright against Brittany’s skin but I also thought this Rachel Roy x RVN dress was too long with her ankle strapped shoes.

Big Winners of the night:

cfda 16

Pharell Williams takes home the CFDA Fashion Icon Award. He definitely made an impact within this last year.

cfda 10

The Row won Womenswear Designer of the Year. They are doing something right over at that fashion house as this wasn’t their first time winning.

There were my favorites and not so favorites of the night. Love to hear your thoughts on your best and worst.
