Well with 18 days until we can officially say Winter is over, I stopped into Coach for its Spring event with Harper’s Bazaar. By far one of the best events for a brand I’ve been to in a while. Mostly because I had great conversation with the staff paired with wine, champagne and tasty little delights but also I was thoroughly impressed with the vision I can see through Coach’s new Spring line. Its been almost two years since Reed Krakoff left and Stuart Vever took over but I truly see the brand evolving. I know I haven’t owned anything Coach since freshman year of college which I can say was slightly over 10 years ago. Guess you can say I am not a huge fan of monogram and letters all over my handbags, shoes, and belts. (Yes you know you had to match your bag with your Coach sneakers and belt with the emblem hanging off your belt…and sometimes the bucket hat!) So you won’t catch me in Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton or COACH with its logo all over my accessories BUT subtle leather is a definite! I mean each of these brands are iconic for the fashion industry and if you step into the store especially in Columbus Circle you will dive into a land of the “new” Coach and find yourself wanting everything. Don’t believe me? Take a look for yourself!
